Returns Policy
The buyer is responsible for returning goods to Rackingman. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge & delivery costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods
You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. You have up to 3 working days in which to report any damages to us, after this time we will not accept any claims.
